Tom Corontzos, P.E.
Tom is a professional engineer with more than 28 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and managing civil and environmental engineering projects. He has extensive experience with projects governed by provisions of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and has successfully completed several remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial designs. He coordinates the efforts of task managers and technical experts in multiple disciplines to consistently and successfully meet project objectives.

- Regulatory compliance and closure of petroleum- and PCB-contaminated sites.

Linda Reckentine, P.G., C.HG.
Linda is a registered professional geologist and certified hydrogeologist with over 34 years of experience in site assessment (including groundwater sampling, analysis, and reporting), regulatory compliance, remediation design, construction management, and environmental geology/groundwater hydrology. Her environmental consulting background includes over 31 years of project management experience. She has successfully worked with numerous local, state, and federal regulatory agencies across the country including negotiations of clean-up standards, obtaining permits, and implementing consent orders at various types and sizes of projects. She has conducted numerous public meetings and dealt with local land owners and impacted third parties. She has served as the project manager for several refinery demolition/waste stabilization projects at shutdown petroleum refineries and has extensive hands-on experience with numerous soil and groundwater remediation techniques, including hydrocarbon recovery, air sparging, pump and treat, bioremediation, soil vapor extraction, bioventing, and soil stabilization. Additionally, she is an experienced field geologist, with expertise in a variety of investigative techniques in many diverse and complex subsurface conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Groundwater and soil quality assessment, monitoring, pilot testing, and remediation (design, installation, and operations) at a variety of project sites types and sizes.
- Preparation of Phase I and II Environmental Audits.
- Design and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control Programs
- Regulatory agency coordination, compliance, and negotiations including extensive experience with the DTSC, various Water Boards across the State, and a variety of city and county agencies in California.
- Evaluation of remedial alternatives, including present worth analyses.

Noël Bush, P.G., C.HG.
Noel is a registered professional geologist and certified hydrogeologist in California. She has 20 years of experience in the environmental field conducting site assessments, remediation implementation, and regulatory closure of several sites in the North State. She has served as a project manager for several complex projects through assessment, remediation and closure. Ms. Bush has an excellent working relationship with local agencies including the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region and Shasta County Department of Resources, Environmental Health Division.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Characterization of soils and waste for various contaminants including hydrocarbons, PCBs, heavy metals (including elemental mercury) related to aging equipment and other long-term facility operations
- Characterization and assessment of PFAS constituents in groundwater
- Surface water quality monitoring and assessment

- Evaluation of fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface

Chloe Beasley
Chloe is an environmental geologist with aspirations to become a professional geologist. She is beginning her career by performing groundwater sampling, analysis, and reporting at multiple sites throughout Northern California to ensure regulatory compliance. She has experience performing field observations in various locations throughout California and Nevada. Her economic geology research at Chico State involved analyzing amphiboles within granitoids on a scanning electron microscope. She had the opportunity to present her research at one of the 2024 Geological Society of America conferences in Spokane, Washington.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with geochemical data software, ArcGIS , and QGIS.
- Skilled at Microsoft Excel, such as for geothermobarometric measurements.
- Groundwater and surface water monitoring and data analysis experience.
- Monitoring for PFAS in drinking water.
- Creation of reports, figures, and presentations based on findings.
Roberta Muck
Roberta provides administrative services to projects and clients. She prepares presentations, spreadsheets, tables, and reports in support of project technical documents, marketing, and business development functions. She is responsible for updating corporate documents to be consistent with company policies, and business standards. Roberta supports project teams in the planning, preparation, and execution of field tasks, and the import and management of laboratory analytical data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Develops and utilizes tools for tracking project and company related information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly efficient and focused work approaches.
- Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, agencies and the public.
